You may renew your membership by paying annual membership fee. 15 continuing education hours required annually to maintain certification.

Certified Hypnotist / Certified Hypnotherapist (Available to practitioners with 140 hrs or more of training)
Professional Member (Must include area of education and validation)
Associate Membership (No CEU's required. Associate members do not qualify for malpractice insurance)

International application add $10/year. Application must include verification of educational training and photo ID at time of application. Please specify your choice of title according to your educational background and state requirements.
